BGH Breakers are continuing to grow their community footprint with an exciting expansion into soccer, building on their success in grassroots netball. The move marks a new chapter for the club, which is fielding U6 and U10 soccer teams in the Northern Suburbs Junior Soccer Association.

Known locally for their inclusive, community-first approach to sport, BGH Breakers have built a strong reputation, creating accessible pathways for children and young people in Bridgewater, Gagebrook and Herdsmans Cove to participate, connect and develop their skills. The addition of soccer responds to increasing local demand and broadens the club’s reach across the community.

“This is about creating more opportunities for kids to stay active, connected and have fun,” club spokesperson Scott Wade said. “Soccer complements what we’ve built in netball – it’s inclusive, widely loved and accessible for players of all abilities.”

Consistent with the Breakers’ ethos, the club remains committed to keeping costs manageable for families, helping reduce financial barriers to participation.
